Wishi Co. is one room on Nicollet Avenue — stone-ground matcha and brunch in the morning, hand-crafted mocktails and dinner after the sun sets. Same warm corner in Whittier, two entirely different rhythms.
The day shift
Mornings here mean stone-ground matcha whisked to order and Vietnamese coffee done right — pistachio, crème brûlée, salted cream. Brunch runs alongside it: Matcha French Toast, the Nicollet burger, and plates worth the trip across town.
After the afternoon turns
When the kitchen opens for dinner, the room shifts — a full Vietnamese-inspired menu alongside a zero-proof bar where every mocktail is hand-crafted. No alcohol, no compromise, no explanation required.

Find us at 2653 Nicollet Avenue, in Whittier’s Eat Street — a plant-filled space where the staff treat you like a regular and no one rushes you out. Built for study sessions, catch-ups, and date nights in equal measure.
